Mark Mire

Owner & CEO

Mark purchased Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company in 2003, and since then has been responsible for the growth of the company into new regions, as well as the expansion of products and service lines. With over 40 years of sales and management experience, most of which had been with a leading company providing temporary power generation on a global level, Mark’s experience in business development and managing customer relations has proven key to the phenomenal growth of PHC.

Bret Adams

Owner

Bret purchased Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company after 14 years of working for a leading business that provided temporary generator and air systems, serving in multiple capacities such as operations management, inventory management, software design, and implementation. Bret attributes the success of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company to a core philosophy of serving customers and integrating that mantra into every aspect of the operational process.

Kent McLemore

Co-Owner

With 40 years in the power rental and manufacturing industry, Kent brings deep product and industry expertise to the organization. He began his career at Aggreko, concentrating on large event power and developing their power distribution gear product line. Kent founded Power Temp Systems in 1991 and sold it to Trystar in 1995, then started his own event rental business focused on portable power and a new line of portable power distribution systems. After 5 years at Trystar, he teamed with Mark and Bret to reacquire Power Temp Systems and build it into the company it is today, introducing complete new modular lines for both portable and permanent industries along with several new patents. Kent is responsible for original and current product designs, new product development, driving sales, securing national accounts, and speaking at national events to help establish and spread knowledge of new electrical codes. Previously, he held roles at Aggreko, Applied Production Services, and Trystar. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.

Jeremy Staton

General Manager - Houston, Texas

Jeremy brings 25 years of experience across the aerospace, manufacturing, tool design, and CNC machining industries. He is responsible for daily operations, staff oversight, facilities, strategic planning, and financial performance to ensure business growth and profitability. Previously, Jeremy held roles at Janicki Industries and Safran Aerospace and served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Project Management from American Intercontinental University.

Neil Tate

General Manager - Broussard, La.

With 22 years of experience across the oil and gas, fluid power, and power distribution industries, Neil brings deep operational knowledge to the organization. He is responsible for daily operations, staff oversight, facilities, strategic planning, and financial performance to ensure business growth and profitability. Previously, Neil held roles at Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, LLC and Walmart, and served in the U.S. Army Infantry. He holds an associate degree in accounting.

Jerry Babb, MBA

VP of Engineering

With over 20 years of experience across the oil and gas, manufacturing, fluid power systems, and power distribution industries, Jerry brings deep technical and leadership expertise to the organization. He is responsible for engineering leadership, product development, and driving scalable manufacturing and business growth across the enterprise. Previously, Jerry held roles at Knight Oil Tools and R&R Manufacturing. He holds an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana.

John May, MBA

VP of Sales & Business Development

With over 30 years of experience across the energy and software industries, John brings extensive expertise in strategic sales leadership. He is responsible for strategic sales leadership, major account development, and relationship management. Previously, John held roles at Aggreko, TUV, Rally Software, GitLab, and Remote. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.

José Gonzalez

Technical Director

With 30 years of experience across the oil and gas, manufacturing, power, food & beverage, and agriculture industries, José Gonzalez brings deep technical expertise in electrical and controls engineering. He is responsible for technical oversight on electrical and controls engineering, design and development of electrical systems, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Previously, José held roles at Knight Oil Tools, R&R Manufacturing, Vinos San Cristobal S.A., and Central 30 de Noviembre. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Technological University of Havana.

Jessica Kennedy

Corporate Controller

With 12 years of experience across the food and beverage, oil and gas, and power industries, Jessica brings strong financial leadership to the enterprise. She is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing closing processes, leading the accounting team, and conducting critical financial analysis. Previously, Jessica held roles at GE Oil & Gas, The Wright Group, and FDF Energy Services (formerly known as Francis Drilling Fluids). She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Upper Iowa University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northwestern State University.

Rachel Osmond, MBA

Director of Marketing

With 14 years of experience across the energy (renewable, oil/gas, hydrogen), engineering, and industrial industries, Rachel brings a strong track record in strategic growth. She is responsible for enterprise growth via brand management, public relations, lead generation, national event circuits, and more across all companies. Previously, Rachel held roles at The Shaw Group, KP Engineering, and NYSE: NOV. She holds an EMBA from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Louisiana.

Gad Painter, MS

Director of QHSE

Gad brings 18 years of experience spanning manufacturing sectors including food, oil and gas, shipbuilding, PPE, and power distribution. He brings a broad, cross-industry perspective to the enterprise. Gad is responsible for Quality, Safety, and HR. Previously, he held roles at SafeSource Direct, Metal Shark, Palfinger, Bruce Foods, and Aramark. Gad holds an MS in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Patti Olds, MBA

Director of Procurement

With 28 years of experience across the manufacturing, medical, chemical, and oil and gas industries, Patti brings extensive expertise in procurement leadership. She is responsible for overseeing procurement functions within the organization, including supplier management, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and ensuring operational efficiency. Previously, Patti held roles at SafeSource Direct, LLC, Ensco International, Halliburton Manufacturing, and The Bayou Companies. She holds an MBA from Nicholls State University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Louisiana.

Ricky LeBlanc

IT Manager

With 6 years of experience in the power generation and office systems industries, Ricky serves as IT Manager. He is responsible for leading the enterprise IT department, and managing all information technology infrastructure, security, core systems, compliance, and more. Previously, he held a role at Louisiana Office Systems. Ricky holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Network Administration from Remington College.
